guy says it's original, looks like it has an extra bumper guard on the nose and a strange weight, did they make a yellow G? http://cgi.ebay.com/Allis-Chalmers-G-Nice-Original-Condition_W0QQitemZ250595383768QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item3a58a619d8

Sure looks like a G. Remember that back then, as probably with today, many things were sold for industrial (and government) uses and painted yellow, with options not commonly known to average users.

Never seen a yella one before. That's not an extra bumper guard, that's the normal front thingy. Might be a little high, but he says make an offer. Looks to be in decent shape.

If the engine work was done, I'd say it would be a nice tractor to have. That mower might be too much for it and the ground cable probably shouldn't be connected to the battery box, but looks like a nice tractor.

I bought a G that was yellow but on the power train you could find orange underneath. Seems odd to me that the mower is the same color as the tractor, it was probaly a highway dept. tractor. Dave.

Several pictures but none from the back side.
No hydraulic. The mounting plate for the 5' sickle bar mower is on it. Dusty |
