Bruce
I have rehabbed tractors that looked much worse. The tin looks to be in very good condition. Moisture in the crankcase could be due to setting outside and rain/snow getting in by the exhaust stack; or a bad headgasket.

You plan on hanging the Woods mower under the completed C? Makes for a great lawnmower.

Moisture in the crankcase?

Those 125 engines are notorious for rusting out the "freeze plugs" in the head. Pull the valve cover and check. If so, and it's not stuck, less than $5 to fix. Looks too good to knock in the head, but I guess that's how you get good parts......

If you're gonna part that out, I have a 46 C that runs with decent tin i'll swap for it.
Wait a minute, that tractor has a Monroe seat and a distributor! what's the back end of it look like. There is no fixed seat with removeable cushion like most Cs have. No hydraulics? I'm guessing you checked the serial number to determine the year, so that rules out it being a CA I guess. I notice it still has the radiator shutters too.

I'm too far away, but somebody should be able to swap you the parts you need to do the rehab. I hate to see you kill off something that looks like it has so much life left in it. The moisture in the crankcase could be condensation from all the cold weather, or could be rusted out core plugs. Does it run? Is the oil gray, or just a little milky?

It looks 10 times better than mine.

I agree,  Looks like a good work tractor to me.  Far too good to part out. IMHO
