I got a new Farm Journal yesterday and there is a story about Valtra tractors on page 48. In the first paragraph is this- "Valtra tractors are available in green, red and blue as well as ORANGE, yellow, black and gray."
The article goes on to say they have a small but loyal following who really like the fuel economy the Sisu engines give. A salesman talks about how many options are available such as various types of cab controls, transmissions, suspensions, etc. etc. And AGCO can't seem to figure out they already have a great orange tractor with a loyal following. Somehow I get the impression that the different brand managers never are allowed to talk to each other! |

They just don't get it, do they? The whole thing really isn't that complicated.

If it weren't for the last minute, I wouldn't get anything done!

Yes I think alot of us would be happy if they could offer orange and red both, minus the MF badge.

Yup. So many ways they could've handled this differently. I'm not sure what their intent is but it has to be dealer related...as in getting rid of some to prop up others.
