Wanted to show off some pic's of my WD, It was my great uncle's and I vowed all the time I was growing up that someday I would buy her up and bring her back to life. Wife thinks I'm half nut's for spending so much time on it but If your reading this forum I'm betting you'll understand. Currently putting the brakes back together and changing out all the gaskets and seals, Sheet metal is original to the tractor except the battery box

Paint job looks real good. Don't rush the job. You will be lost with nothing to do when it is finished.

The old girl came back from the paint shop today and look's awsome. I promise I will post photos of it as soon as the kids find the gd camara. (You know the story, I used it here and sat it down there and some how it grew legs and has dissapeared. Young lad thinks it's in the car. We'll see when mom get's home.) Have spent the entire afternoon bolting parts back on it and hope to get into wiring tomorrow. With any luck running by the weekend. We'll see. Thank's for listening. |
