You boys need to look at that old WD real good, It's got power steering off a WD45D and a WD engine in it. For $500. it will part out and make money.

It's got One "D" fender! It sure is a conclomeration of parts. However, at $500, a fellow can part it out and make a buck, if he is not so far away that shipping would be an issue.
The P/S alone will go for about $500 on E-Bay.

If that thing was closer to me,I'd be all over it for that price and then some. Like lou said...the power steering alone will bring at least 500.00 and that right fender looks like a real good one for the D series...probably 100.00 or more. Some of the better deals always seem to be farther than I want to travel! LOL! However...things sometimes change.  Rick

Couple items to point out that would possible make it a 45D frame with a gas engine in it.........look closely at the clutch pedal, looks like an offset 45D one to me and also the pull starting rod, it also looks to be of the heavier 45D style.  The serial number would seal the deal! maybe....
