Finished building up the spot for the new pole building with one final load of gravel. This is Dad moving it with the WD-45 and SC blade we bought not too long ago. What do you think the local Agco/ New Holland dealer would give me on trade for the WD-45 for the tractor pictured below?

Is that the new 8N? What is the sticker price without the loader? btw the loader would look good on the 45.

Yeah it is the new Boomer 8N, pretty sharpe looking tractor, not sure the sticker though, just snapped a few pics when riding through the lot today.

I think the sticker is close to $30K, without the loader. You can do an awful lot of work with a WD-45 for $30k...

Steve,
The NH dealer will probably offer you no more than 500 dollars for your WD 45. Better off selling it outright, maybe to some one on this site.

Brett's right..saw one at our local NH dealer in the showroom..sign said 28K cash price. Me, I'd rather have a bobcat to move/level any gravel like that. But! it looks like yer gettin' the job done just fine.. -Wes

Steve, the NH dealer would probably insult you with his offer on the 45.
I would try to sell it outright. Have you heard of anyone who has the new 8N, and what they think of it? |

Steve, I find that the SC blade is a good tool to cut final grade with all the adjustments it has she will put the rock where you need it.

Keep the 45. When that new tractor breaks you could by five more 45's.

I'd keep the 45. I never was a big fan of the original 8N (or its reincarnation either).
