I have a d-17 Lp that i would like to update with newer vaporizer and carburator they are just plain worn out. I have rebuilt the vaporizer but i still can't seem to get it to run right, any help would be apreciated.

Your local independent LP dealer that works with LP school busses should have those parts available. Also a shop that maintains LP fork lifts. May also have many helpful hints on care and maintenance of what you have. The "carburetor" or mixing valve is extremely simple, there's not much to go wrong compared to a gas carburetor.
Many an old carburetor benefits from new bushings and shaft on the throttle plate. Maybe just seals on that shaft. Gerald J. |
