as I've posted I just purchased a 7016H. never owned a hydro or a simplicity lawn tractor, I removed the deck fumbled around a bit and managed to get the tiller hooked up. decided to try it out. drove it over to a spot to till engaged the pto...nothing, dropped the tiller and it tilled till it hit dirt and stopped, gave it some more go juice....same thing....
back to the garage, so I shoved the hydro handle forward.....all the way and (had the throttle 3/4 open)...the front tires came up in the air and the old thing took off....I'm looking around how do I stop this thing...were's the clutch........ahhhh...finally pulled the throttle and the hydro handle down....ye haw...what a ride......
found out I didn't have the belt ran right for the tiller, a bit of internet searching and found the right diagram...mental note...keep the tractor slow and steady....
