HI All.
I had the opportunity to stop and visit with Jim @ Yellowstone Implement in Stanley Wis. I really enjoyed visiting with Jim. My Dad, "Willard Claussen" purchased a new D-15 series 2 there on Feb 23 1968(delivered in Spring). I can remember that tractor and a 3 point, 3 bottom plow arriving at our farm on Yellowstone's tilt-bed implement truck. Although that tractor was out of our family for 31 years, I was fortunate enough to have been able to buy it back in April 2007.
My Dad also purchased a new AC 170 serial #9090 on May 8th 1973. My folks sold the farm in January of 76, the new owner chose to trade this tractor off for something he thought would better serve his needs. They are also ALLIS folks, so I would guess it was traded on another larger AC.
I would be very interested in a chance to locate and possibly purchase this tractor.
Thanks in Advance for any help you can provide.
Chuck Claussen, Norwalk Wis.
