Finished combining this morning and had our best crop ever. Got the bean head put away, cleaned the bush hog and put it away, got the wagons inside and even cleaned the combine and and got it in the shed.

Sounds like a good deal. Around here it's stating to look like the first or second week of October by the amount of corn left in the fields. Gonna be a lot of places for deer to hide a week from Fri, when firearm season opens.

We would have finished the beans today, but my nephew ran a post in the head and twisted the auger shaft. Can't find one new or used so machine shop will fix tomorrow. Got 100 acres corn left.

we did good to day we got 3000 bush out in corn and only got about 50 ac left and about that in beans to but they been under water 2 times so they will be fun hope the old n6 keeps run two more days and we will be just about done the n5 only run a day a hafe and the eng went so it been one of them year here lol
