Like a tough antique tractor capable of wheelies or being dropped 1x? Buy this Fordson.
Engine lost compression for some reason. Incl spare engine to torture this poor ol tractor a bit more. Sadly, no back story on the wheelie. Buy this AC G instead located near Wash D.C. Asking $1450. Complete, free engine, cultivators, stored indoors, and decent tires. Edited by KMAG - 10 Nov 2020 at 8:16am |

My granddad had a 1920 something fordson on steel wheels. While turning into his drive way, the front steering broke and he ran the front end up a tree. Looked similar to that position. That's where it sat when the Allis dealer brought out the new styled WC. The dealers employ got it off the tree and loaded on a trailer to haul it back to town. Grand pa hated that fordson. It was very hard to start. He would wrap the barn rope around the belt pulley and hook a horse to the other end of the rope. Horse walking forward started the danged old thing. Until one day when the darn thing backfired, jerked the horse off its feet might have skinned it up some. Dang horse got smart and refused to be hitched up to that rope again.
