in the parts book it shows 100t and 139 t ringear ? whats the differance is their a differant tooth count or pitch for the starter drive gear , what drive gear goes to the 100t ring gear

It looks to me like those changes are for the power unit. I wonder if it used a different size flywheel than the tractors used for a while. AaronSEIA

Early D-14's are 6 volt and have a different ring gear tooth count than a later D-14 that was 12 volts. Same flywheel.
