Wtb series 417 loader axel mounting brackets

I'd suggest you first order the official A-C axle loader U-bolts and nuts from an AGCO dealership. Then buy some angle iron the exact same width and thickness as the loader frame currently is. Cut angle iron into 4 pieces of measured lengths. You could use scrap lengths of 2 x 4 wood to determine your lengths. Drill holes for the U bolts and lightly clamp to the axle. C-clamp the horizontal angle irons to the loader frame and mark where the holes need to be drilled and drill them. Bolt the horizontal angle irons to the loader frame, swing the axle angle iron into place and clamp the angle irons together tight and (for me) tack weld them together, remove and weld really good on a welding table. If you clamp them together really well and two people gently remove them from the tractor, take them to a welder to have them fused together.

You are about 18 months too late. Back then I got a 417 loaded to put on my D15II and the only rear brackets I could find the person wanted more for the 2 rear brackets and shipping that I paid for the complete hardly used loader. I ended up cutting the D17 brackets up to build the D15 brackets. The D17 brackets are nothing more than bent angle iron.
