Quick question. Went out today to unhook semi mounted bush hog from 7040, was left in up position 3 days ago when I backed it in. Will only lower about 6 inches now, lever and cable work freely back and forth inside, question is where do I look next? Can I lower it somehow for a quick unhook? I have all manuals but haven't been able to wrap my head around tips, if it does this....check that type of thing. TIA

BOTH levers need to be forward. The Lift/Lower lever and the Traction Booster lever.
