Does anyone know which company is making the Allis reproduction Hoods?   I would like to contact them directly to inquire whether they would consider making a custom hood for my low-rider "B"

You might try Kammerer inc, they make reproduction hoods and have an eBay store.  The items I've  purchased from them were good quality. I inquired about a hood without any holes in it for a project like yours that I never got around to and they said that it was "no problem".  They are located in Indiana.
