It is WINDY here in Iowa. I looked out at one point and saw the the wind had blown open the cab door. I was lucky that the gas strut held it. If not, it would have swung open and hit the GMC Yukon.
As for the question, can new outdoor keyed handles (EM508) be had?

ohh,, if the gas shock hadn't held the door,,, ya woulda had more problems than just the door hittin the yukon,, letsee,, bent door, broken glass in the door,,,
glad it held for ya,, I'm guessing ya'll dont get them 60-70 mph gusts like we have here a lot ...

Yeah Tim, I'd say you are very lucky! And all it's gonna cost you is $3.78.........+ shipping if you don't have a dealer close enough. Glad it wasn't worse... Yeah, we've had some hellish winds here the last few days too. I hope they're going to quit pretty soon.
