I have finally gotten something accomplished after having to put this crawler on the backburner for a few months. I got my home made metal roller done and promptly tested it out. I made some reinforcement rings for my air cleaners as they had been impacted in the past (falling tree? hood is dented up also) and had a few rust holes i had to braze shut then pound out some wrinkles and dents. This way i can clamp them and not worry about crushing them. I also rolled out the new tube for the exhaust manifold. Now i can cut the ports out and start laying out the runners. The inner tube i was able to reuse as the 6-110 left some rust protection. The rest was shot, some remnants on the far left. I am also working on some new steel mesh as this is the best piece of the 3 installed. One was completely gone and replace with stainless dish scrubbing pads. I have shared a few things on the FB AC crawler page as its so much easier to deal with pictures. I am also looking for 2 liner kits for the 6-110. I have 4 would like to complete the set, just in case. DD# 5195662 And a set of liner sealing rings (fire ring). the rubber parts are available. Edit. Forgot to say this is 16 gauge sheet.

The parts I listed are not available even from them. Basically im looking for some NOS pieces laying around. I even have the Nelson part # from the old manifold clearly stamped and its no good to Nelson, I called them. hence this build.

Post the p/no as a Google Search, may get a hit as I did for the Sprocket shaft seal on my old 7G. Problem with the 110 series is it is now 60 years since last new build, not many remain and parts no longer all that much for production required. May end up having to purchase a used 110 complete with issues and trying to salvage sleeves/pistons. May be issues getting rings or wrist pin seals.

Yes i have been looking that way. The liner kits i have contain liners, pistons, rings, wrist pin and the pin plugs. Got 4 currently, kind of a worst case scenerio, I knew it would take some time to locate parts.
