I have a blue strip spring, is that for a 17 or ?
How fast on a wc gov? Thanks JM

Blue stripe is from a 170/175 and will get you approx 1800 rpm on a WC , with a properly tuned engine with a properly adjusted WC governor. The D-17 has a white stripe and will get you 2,000 rpm or a little more.
