I am building a wide front for my wc puller is it best to have it oscillate or b solid. Solid will twist frame on tractor. I would make oscillate only a little.

I, personally, would design it with some oscillation. You probably don't need much when actually pulling, but you have to drive around at home and in the "pit" area.
