The top photo has the pin through both. The flat top is a little shorter but from the pin to the bottom is the same.

Looks like the edge might be taller but the dish looks lower and that makes the dish lower compresion piston

4" D17 power crators have a psi rating of 140 that I have seen.
The Flat tops in my 17 are at 205 to 210 psi.
