I posted that I had purchased a B212HD when it was a HD212 sorry about that. Trying to find what year the tractor is serial number is can't tell first number or letter but the rest are 21152. I also have a B207 with serial number 6543 any help on year would also be appreciated.

Hi. I am just trying to figure out exactly what you have there. Tractor Data says the B207 was made in 1969 and 1970. Doesn't specify serial # range.
Tractor Data lists an HB212. It looks like the HB212 is the hydrostatic version of the B212. Again, they don't specify any serial # ranges but they say 1970 to 1972. The 21152 partial serial number that you give, are you certain that is a serial number? Are you familiar with the Product Numbers that identify all of the different models made by Simplicity? Simple Tractors lists the H212 with product Number 2029952 made in 1969 and 1970. Any chance there is a 2 and a 0 at the beginning and those 1's are actually 9's? If so, that is the Product Number and you may have a whole different number which is actually the serial#. |
