Sorry for the wrong color questions. Brother passed recently and had owned this crawler loader. Three cylinder diesel hadn’t run in four years. Fresh fuel and treatment and a good battery it starts and runs very well. There is a second pressure gauge in dash with no pressure indicated while running. When I move the forward reverse lever it does respond a few inches. Hydraulic tank level
 Is good. What would be my next move. Thanks in advance.

Did you ever consider finding an operators manual for that machine?
If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
