   l have a problem with the bucket on my loader.  When l try to operate the curl on mybucket it wants to creep down and has no power. This has been a on going problem.
So I had the hydraulic valve rebuilt and there seemed to be no change. There was one new spool installed and new seals.  I swapped the lines on the valve and when l started the engine hydraulic fluid gushed out of the hydraulic pump where the pump is bolted to the engine block. LOTS of fluid came out.
I believe this is the original AC pump and it looks like it has been worked on before.
Can these pumps be rebuilt or trashed?  Right now without hydraulics nothing works.

	Not enough information. I kind of remember your earlier post and you were basically told to rebuild both of your bucket cylinders as one or both of them must be leaking internally. Did you do this ??? The valve you just "rebuilt"......is it the tractors factory valve stack just to the right of the seat??? Or some add-on valve made just to operate the loader ?? You've split a section in the pump because (I'm assuming) you hooked up hoses incorrectly at the add-on loader valve. As soon as the engine fired..BOOM.

	cldid have the bucket cylindars rebuilt Had the same problem with the bucket after rebuild so the valve was next so that was done also You are correct l do believe l had the lines hooked up incorrectly. Entirely my fault. The tractor is in my shed and the mechanic is about 30 miles away. The tractor is way to wide to get on to my trailer or it would be in his yard to work on I am looking for a copy of the pump parts breakdown to see what would be needed to do the repair or if the repair could even done.

	Is there a separate valve used just for the loader functions ??? 70251804 is the section plate you need from AGCO plus two seal kits 70255947. This repair isn't for a novice, as everything must be marked and reassembled EXACTLY as it was before disassembly.

The series 4 hydraulic pump is NOT mounted to the engine block. Can you get us a picture of the pump setup? Maybe someone added a pump to the engine???

	Since 1975, I've probably had a series 4 split the main pump section 6 or 7 times. Each and every time it was a loader tractor. Each and every time it was related to a bitter below zero day using the loader and apparently not giving the tractors hydraulic system enough warm-up time. In each case I always told them to dump a gallon of diesel fuel in the hydraulic compartment, allow some more warm up time on bitter cold days and change the hydraulic oil and filter in the spring.
