Ok, that's where I thought it was. I'll have to dig it out of there this weekend. Does anyone have a parts number for one? I'm pretty sure once that gets replaced, as well as the solenoid she'll start right up. Thanks a million guys!

Talk to Steve at b&b or go to an auto parts store. They make a universal 20A breaker that will replace it. It will have 2 threaded studs and a single hole on the side for mounting it.
You may have just a bad connection with the wires to and from the breaker.

Just one more question (so far) lol, I'm having some trouble figuring out what battery to buy. I know the service manual, etc call for a 12V 45AH battery, I'm seeing a ton of 12V 35AH but no 45s. Does it matter?
Thanks again!!
It takes a 22NF battery

Just pulled out the circuit breaker. One pole definitely eroded. Good call!

Make sure all your pulleys and blades are ok
and that they spin freely. Inspect the mower drive belt and clean any trash of the top of the deck.
It's not hard to install the deck.
Turn the wheels hard right. Lower the lift handle fully and pull lift cable down. Slide the deck under the tractor from the left side.
Attach lift cable to top of deck. Lift deck with hand lift. Attach the front 2 pins on front of deck to the mounts under the front of the tractor. Attach the belt to the deck and to the drive pulley on the left side of tractor. The belt goes on the inside groove of the pulley on the tractor. The belt tensioner is a black handle located by the left rear wheel. Pull up to tension belt and down to release tension.
The oil capacity is about 2 quarts. Just drain and fill with new oil.
If you need a manual you can download one at bsintex.basco.com   Just do a Google search for allis 900 series manual.

Thanks again for all the answers! I'm sure I'll have more questions, lol. I do have both manuals, but sometimes it's better to hear from people with experience using/relating things.

Screw the idle mixture screw in all the way and back out 1.5 turns and the high speed needle valve screwed out 2 turns out from bottom.
Set your idle screw to a medium idle- not fast/or slow- then adjust your idle mixture valve until it smooths out by finding the midway point between too rich and too lean. Then you may be able to slow the idle down a little to a lower idle speed without it flooding out.
Now, open it up to full throttle and adjust the high speed needle valve to the midway point between too rich and too lean for a smooth sound and speed.
Check your tank for trash and/or rust plugging your drain.
You may need to change the condensor and points if you can't restart it immediately and have to wait for it to cool off.
One more thing: Use non ethanol gasoline if you can.  HTH.

So, now it won't start at all. Seems to be having trouble getting fuel, as it will fire up for a few seconds when I use starter fluid. The fuel seems to be flowing in and out of the pump just fine. Any ideas?

Ok, so I removed and cleaned the carburetor, now it just seems to be spewing fuel out of the air intake/choke....I'm perplexed.

also check valve timing for a broken cam those old cams are starting to break alot but will go in and out of time because there is a shaft through them  that keeps them from falling in to two pieces    have seen them shear and run and then stop then it moves and then maybe fit back in place agian and run agian for a while

The main needle was bent. Ordered a new carb from Amazon. I'll let you guys know if that fixes the problem. More than likely it will. Thanks!
