I have a Allis CA that I trying to fire up. Head Professionally re-worked, all new everything. Great Compression on all 4, Hot Fire and clean gas..6 volt system.

if you have gas and you have spark, then the timing is off... Rotate the motor to TDC on the front cylinder... Look at the distributo rotor and see that it is pointing at #1 lug....
Also the wires on the cap are 1-2-4-3 ... in a clockwise direction. The FIRE mark on the crank is the ADVANCE position you will get when the motor is RUNNING... To START it should fire near Top Dead Center.

Set timing to the fire mark at wide open throttle. Not at idle

if the head was off is the over head (valve lash)done on the right stroke
