What are the good's and bad's of them? Bidding on 1 for cheap. Assuming non-runner but comes with mower deck and snow blower

anybody? Also called the homesteader 8. Looking for repower info. I know it's one of the lone true allis chalmers which makes it a bastard.

The 310 and Homesteader8 were completely different tractors. The 300 Series had horizontal shaft engines and bevel gear boxes with transmissions similar to the large B-Series and small 700 Series. The Homesteader was more of a cross between a Simplicity Broadmoor and an AC B-207. It had a vertical shaft 8hp Briggs.
