I am done with my WC rebuild and will post photo's soon (waiting on decals). I had a question about a couple things though. I leak a little oil out of the #1 manifold spot (far left when facing the motor) and on the opposite side of the motor at the bottom right corner of the block cover plate. Are these pretty typical spots and what can I do to sure them up? All gaskets and seals are new already and have permatex where need be. Also my cooling system is all new (radiator, water pump, hoses, etc...) but still drips from place to place; again everything is permatexed with new clamps and gaskets, is it ok to use some stop-leak in the system? Thanks for the help guys!

the leak at the manifold will hopefully stop when it warmed up and worked, it may be resisdue from inside the manifold burning off. The leak at the front cover is probably where the cover, block and oil pan meet, it probably wont go away as the oil is finding a void in the gasket joint. The coolant drips could be the joints where the hoses clamp to the radiator and block tubes, they like to seep, gets worse as it gets colder, I coat every coolant joint with high tack sealer to keep them from leaking. I would try to fix the leaks before I would use a stop leak.
