Just have to ask, what is the Top Hat mount? I have Mexican Hats on the 7080 to spin out the duals. Do they bolt to the center cast in the six wheel weight holes?

yes they bolt to cast center, then have 9 bolt hub for dual to bolt up

I think that they are also called 'flower pot' duals. I have them on my D21
|
