I have a tractor that i put a chrome exhaust pipe on a couple years ago, it was a single wall pipe. When I worked the tractor of course the nice chrome pipe turned a golddish color in certain parts and the others are still chrome. I have decided to add a larger pipe over the smaller pipe to create a dual wall pipe. Here is my question. Someone earlier had mentioned doing this same thing and had also inquired about drilling some holes in teh inside pipe that would release some pressure from the inner pipe which would quiet the tractor engine some. If this is true how many and what size holes should i drill.
I have a 4" inner pipe and a 6" outer pipe. Any input from the xperts here is greatly appreciated.
