look at the angle with respect to the ground... the point has to be LOWER than the heal.

yes. lowering the pin hitch in the front, should drop the point on the plow.

The operators manual should tell you how to adjust plow.
I’m curious what was done to a plow share to rebuild it.

Mike, I 'rebuilt' one with many many feet of .035 wire from the welder. Probably won't do that again. Took forever and a trip to a buddies Bridgeport to get a cutting edge back. It does plow better now though.
