I recently bought a D19 and the power steering comes and goes as you turn the wheel. I checked the fluid up front and it’s at the top of the gear. Could the pump be going out or need a system flush? Seems like it does it more turning to the right.

I would reseal and adjust control valve. Also make sure steering shaft is not binding. Has to move back and forth.    MACK

May also check the pump pulley in case the key is stripped

Which parts do I need? Doesn’t list a seal kit, and I don’t have a service manual yet, unless it will be the same as a d17.
