Dad has a 1973 180D, he had it in the shop last month and while he had it there he asked them to look at the 3-pt because you had to jump on it to get it to go down, he went to set out abale of hay the other day and now the 3-pt won't stay up. Said he had to keep raising it every couple seconds. What should he look for to correct it? He is going to stop back in the shop when he goes back past the shop, but I told him I would ask here also.
Thanks,
Curt

If the 3 pt valve has a plug on the back with a role through it, make sure it is screwed in tight. Peck it on the end with a small hammer then tighten it again.
If the valve stack was apart the load check may have been left out. MACK
