The time finally came for her first start. Now I just need to adjust the linkages and bolt the back fender down the take her for a spin. I am going to let the paint cure some more before I water sand and buff it. It will be tax refund time before I can install the True Powers on the rear and the new decals. I guess I need to get to work repairing all that junk parked around her. Spring is coming soon and I need to sell some stuff to pay for my hobby, lol.

Just looked at your photos on your thread. Awesome job on the 416! Watched your video and paused it when I saw your solenoid. Going outside in a few to see if mine is done the same way. Would still like to see pics you mentioned. Thanks

After being sick since New Years I really wanted to take her out for her maiden drive. Today was the first day above freezing in a week so I spent about 45 minutes breaking in the engine by driving around the yard. My neighbors now think I am offically nuts, lol.

Hi,
What would a working 414s go for these days? We moved and the old owner left it here. We got it running. It starts right up, drives, mows and even has a plow. No tiller though. |
