Holy cow = that is a beaut!  Didn't look that good brand new!  You did a masterful job.  Kinda a shame to get grass stains on it next spring!    LOL!

Looks great!  That's one attachment for a 720 I do not have.
Glad you got the picture posting down.  You have a lot more
to show in the future.

lol, I know right! This was a good find for me. It was rusted from sitting out because the water pooled on the deck. But it had been used very little. No dings in the sides and blades were in excellent shape. I have less than $50 in paint, new bolts, etching primer, and primer. The etching primer I think is critical for a good paint job. It soaks into the metal to give a good base for the next primer and then for paint.
I do use this mower so I will probably have one eye closed when I use it in the spring. lol.
Thanks for the nice comments

Yup looks too good to use. I like it looks like it would be fun to go our brush hogging with something that nice.

A local print shop, they are identical to original. $38. They probably have them on file. Sign Pro in Harrisonburg Va. 540-574-3032. They do a great job, if they find the image on the internet that can make it. Or by an old decal you take to them, or a picture of the decal as I did.

Don't do it those covers hide the grease fitting I keep taking them off so I can find and grease my new cross since the old one died from grease only going on the outside. Lol

They are rare I think Den. Got lucky when i bought a package deal last year, 720, mint condition rear tiller, front blade. As i was loading, the owner said by the way, the old bush hog goes with it if you want it. I said absolutely ! He said no extra cash needed. Best deal of my life for $2,200.

Good point, just trying to have the last piece of origionality. Well, as close to with new part. Easier to hook up without it for sure !

I bought the paint at my local Tractor Supply store. After some research it appeared Cub Cadet yellow was a close match. If you go to the Simplicity site and view the colored picture of the Danco mower, I think it matches up very well. I can get the paint code for you in a day or so.
