Has anyone ever took the piston and sleeves out and just put big pistons in a CA, is it possible? And if so what size pistons does it take?

For starters, It's a wet sleeve motor so your limited quite a bit there and I am not aware of an over-bore kit for a 125 motor. You might want to start with a 149 motor or maybe a 160 if you can find one. I am not sure what you mean by big pistons either, I guess refer to the previous mentioned limitations.
