   I have used a round stock of aluminum turned on a lathe to the correct dimension with a shoulder on it so you can drive it in until it hits the shoulder. Use silicone to seal. There may be a piece of PVC pipe that could be made fit wit a cap on it as well. I never have found a freeze plug the correct size.
