I've had my eyeball on a WD45 sittin' for quite some time now on a farm near the house. Talked to the owner and he wants to get rid of it. Right next to it sits a Bison Tractor. I looked it up real quick last night and saw its "made in Japan" and is equipped with a 1.0L Mazda engine? Are these Tractors any good? Anyone in the Orange family own one? Might be able to get a package deal. Its in pretty decent shape. Didn't aske the owner what was wrong with it. I was more interested at the time in the 45'. Right now the picker bushes are taking the Bison over. Boy, I hate picker bushes!! LOL!.

Steve, you might want to take that question over to tractor by net forum. They have a page for orphaned imports... If it's what I'm thinking it is, Its the next size up from the mitsubishi beaver I have. Beaver >Bison>Buck, IIRR. The little 16 hp beaver I have is a great little yard tractor, for fertilizing, or pulling an aerator, but mine has a backwards 15 spline PTO, that I have to work around, for powered attachments. Don't know if the Bison and Buck had the same thing...

There are a few of them out here still running. Getting parts might be difficult but with the internet, anything is possible for the right price.
What are picker bushes? |
