got a 2312 simplicity that has a problem

It has a 16 up brigs on it.
Tractor runs great and has lots of power.
Now the problem when it gets hot it will all of a sudden when it's idleing and u go to move it just shuts off and will not restart in less u let it sit for bout 5 to 10 minutes then it will start up and run all day.
This is what I have done so far
New carb kit
New plug
Checked spark at time of no restart
Shoot eather some times works
Adjusted high idle
Adjusted low idle

Any outher sigestion please

check gas cap vent change fuel filter to briggs part 298090s the red one

Gas cap is brand new from simplicty fuel filter is new as well.
It acts like it gets flooded but when I pull the plug its dry.
