My 917 shucked the hydro drive belt so I got a new oem belt and perfect fit, also pulled good! (old one didnt pull). did a lot of tillin for tater field and onion planting, no problems,---last night, before storm hit I wanted to till along the strawberry patch and the tractor quit moving.---run lever farther up and it took off , but too fast and wouldnt slow down until I had the lever way down almost to the reverse section, then it stopped dead.---tried again several times and same thing!---shut tiller off and headed to the parking stall and on the way it didnt feel right, kinda spongy!---What might have happened??
Last fall I put on a new filter and drained the oil, then refilled it with new and it has worked perfectly good,--- til now!!! thanks; ac fleet |
