I am rebuilding the carb off of my Allis 716 with the K341 engine. I got a new throttle shaft with it, and it came with both a rubber and felt gasket. Do they both go on the top of the carb, and if so, which one is below the other? Thanks.

I'm thinking rubber between carb and block, felt between carb and air filter. I've got a few Kohlers here ( on Ford LGTs...) and they only have ONE gasket between 'things'.
