Anybody know the proper way to dispose of old Defendel? And old DEF? Could it be used as liquid fertilizer, if mixed with water?

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

Out of date DEF is little different than 32% Urea liquid Fertilizer, has been more deeply refined I have been told(Doubtful) and is already diluted to the percentage with Distilled Water, should be good to go.
