Mowed today at my friends hunting cabin, land over by Pittsfield Illinois . Nothing better for your state of mind.
Cicadas are terrible over here this year . Swiped one off my face while mowing and knocked my eye glasses off. Somehow by the grace of god I did not run them over .
How are the cicadas around you guys .

Don't have any up here Pat.  Nice rig, but I think I like my CA w/ belly mower better.  I save a TON on gas...LOL

Makes a guy happy just sitting on an Allis and listening to them purr....

The cicadas were bad here but I think that they are pretty much gone now. Nice mower set up. How do you like the 3 point adapter? I am using an FMC SW72 trail behind with my D15. The mower is older than the tractor but still going. Thinking about getting a 3 point adapter for my D15.
Just an old country boy saved by the grace of God.

I agree, nice rig!! I was bush hogging weeds a few years back. Felt something crawling up my thigh inside my overalls. Smashed it so couldn't get any higher. Turned out to be a big grasshopper. Could've been worse.
