I'm confused as to what mower blades I can get for my Woods L59. I look on ebay and there are many that might work based on the descriptions. They are about 20 3/16" long with a 5/8" center hole. It looks like they have about a dozen different part numbers. I think Oregon makes some, as well as the ones directly from Woods, which are rather expensive.
Which would be the correct ones and what would be the part numbers? Which are the best?

Go to the Woods site and down load the manual, it will have the part #.

Go to Woods and get the manual.
Also use the Woods blades last a lot longer and stay sharper longer.

Here's what I bought for mine two weeks ago:

I haven't tried them on yet, but I'm pretty sure they are right.  These are Oregon blades, and 91-761 is the Oregon part number.  Hopefully they will get me through a season or two.
