I'm a little stumped on this one... On our '39 RC, when I kick up the throttle to a high speed, the throttle lever under the steering wheel vibrates down at least 3-4 notches, if not more. I tried adding a new spring and washers, but that didn't help. When I put the throttle in a position, how do I get it to stay there? Thanks in advance.
