Still got to finish the fertilizer drops. I have the dividers to install and the mud scrapper and I'll be about ready. If it ever stops raining and dries up when I'm not working. Either way I'm putting seed in the ground if its 4th of July. All I did for now was clean it up and put flat black on some corrosion sensitive areas. I'll take it down and blast and paint sometime later in life. Got only one good fert. drop so going to try flexible exhaust pipe or something or the such. Did find a rubber boot that fits perfect to get me started. Should have bought the set at the auction last year at Dales'. BTW that tractor has the original batt box without so much as a pit in the metal and still has top and bottom insulater plates. The front grill and floor pan are dead nuts perfect. And those are the origianl tires it was sold with, no cracks at all. I'm betting the bulbs in the lights (all 3) are original.

Very nice planter and CA!!! I wouldn't even think about re painting it in the future.  That looks great! I wish my CA and planter's paint looked that good.
 
I had 1/2 of the metal fertilizer drops on my planter and I used stiff radiator hose to go between the drops and the runners.  You would just need to figure out what to use to go from the bottom of the fertilizer can.  I would look beyond Allis parts, you may be able to find something from other manufacture that used metal drops on grain drills or planters.

I just might have found the perfect solution to the drops. Flexible metal pipe. Bends easily and maintains a smooth interior wall. Most hose has ribs that would impede the granules from smoothly dropping. This looks like it may work better than original. I'll report back.
