Red light is on when tractor is running means oil pressure is good, this is according to owner, I am not sure, does the light stay on until the engine warms up? he said they owned it for three years and used it for light yard work, so it hasent seen any hard pulling for a while , I was looking to maybe purchase it , It leaks all over , front grill is gone, seems to run ok, If you have an xt190 diesel please let me know what you think of this, for I am not familiar with the diesel 190xt and the oil pressure lights. Should I run away as fast as I can? or not. Whats it worth if the engine is ok?

red light means no good. thats why its red so you see it when it comes on. sending unit might be bad we had one kick on the light but hooked up an oil pressure gauge and everything was fine.

You can go to an auto parts store and get a sending unit for 3 or 4 bucks; take the old one with you , one for a Chevy will work ; or put a mech. gauge on it to really tell whats going on

Owner is either an idiot or a lier.  I would not do business with either one.  Run away, fast.
