How do you check the oil in G axle's? I looked can't see any place to check.

Axles in a G don't run in oil. The outer bearing is sealed, the inner area is supported at the ring gear by the axle gears. Any oil or grease out in the brakes or tube is due to bad seals.
The oil level for the transmission and rear end is checked by the large plug right behind the pivot of the clutch pedal. You should the the words "oil level" cast into the housing there.
