Hey y’all
Would anyone know where to get a starter for a Allis Chalmers 840C wheel loader?
From the research I’ve done they was imported from Japan and only 100 of them.

Take it to your local starter/alternator shop, they should be able to fix you up.

Well the problem is that it melted the cap off.

Older Mitsubishi trucks around 1980 seem to have Denso starters (6DS7 engine).  Later ones Mitsubishi (6D14) but they're bigger than 270 cid.

I have a 840c with bad brakes I would sell the hole thing just don't use it enough
