Sure does not look like it was "just overhauled". Doesn't even have a battery on it. No way I would pay 5K for it.

I'm not sure that one would be considered a true Hi-crop as advertised. It looks like it could  be, what Allis referred to as , a "High Clearance" model, but never saw a Hi-clear model  with a narrow front.

Very interesting narrow front. Bearing holder for a single front with a WD-45 convertible NF pedestal mainly used for mounted corn pickers. It a "high clearance" not high crop. Factory high crops didn't come until the Series IV. 
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed
