was out mowing the edges of one of our fields today, i'm mowing extra space from last year's planting. was a square corner, last year they rounded it out about 10 ft, now they have rounded it another 5-6 ft beyond that! guess that's o-k, they can't combine curves, and we'll prolly get enough ear corn to feed our critters thru the winter again! last year we were able to pick up almost 2 pickup loads of ear corn they knocked down on the curves. gotta go fast you know!

Mine are getting larger.  The farmer that's farming my place seems to not like one field road so he went ahead and planted right over the top of it last year.  As soon as the beans got up to knee high I got the bush hog out and mowed them down where the road used to be.  I'll see if he remembers this year.  I could speak with him but actions speak louder.
